On Film at Eleven
Book One of "The Genesis Trilogy"
On Film at Eleven, Science Fiction Best Sellers, By John Reese
In 1976, a year before the launch of the Voyager II Spacecraft, Michael J. Harris reported in great detail, a long list of similarities between Uranus and Neptune, based entirely on ancient Sumerian texts.  At the time, his claims were dismissed as “sensational journalism.”  However, Voyager II ultimately confirmed the veracity of every detail reported.  Likewise, when information from the Mars Global Surveyor was examined in 1999, once again Michael’s claims, based strictly on those same ancient texts were completely supported.

In an effort to bring the world up to speed with the reality and ramifications presented by these ancient Sumerian texts, Michael and Jim Tanner, his executive producer, create and broadcast a weekly television show called Wide Open. Their goal is to educate, integrate, and activate the Global Community. As the show’s popularity continues to grow, a mutual friend becomes the center of an extortion plot which plunges Michael and his executive producer into a tangled web of deceit, murder and intrigue.

The only thing more shocking than the book’s ending is the reader’s ultimate and overwhelming realization that the information presented by the television show is not science fiction, but rather science fact.

Clearly, the time has come to acknowledge, accept and act upon our global responsibilities, to set aside our petty differences, to embrace one another as brothers and sisters, and to actively and unilaterally pursue a course of Global Enrichment. War is the antithesis of empowerment and love is the eternal fuel cell that will power mankind to the attainment of all that we earnestly and diligently pursue.
